Hotel Texel is characterized by its welcoming hospitality in combination with modern comforts. Relax in this charming hotel with a heated indoor pool and a fine dining restaurant. We decided to stay a couple of nights for our anniversary. Our stay was very relaxing. The facilities were excellent, high quality and comfy. So comfy we even wanted to buy the pillows to take home. Which aparently they sell! :D

Everything was perfect, the hosts were kind, the breakfast was so tasty, the coffee machine a good addition, the decor very sophisticated and the hotel felt 'zen' and a home from home. Super clean and friendly, with great hosts! Very relaxing breakfast room with lots of choice. Good location, close enough to everything but a little quieter on the edge of de Koog.

Rooms were above the busy bar bistro which was a great place to eat and drink. The room was superb, huge bed facing an open bathroom area with double sink and walk in shower. The owner even carried my wife’s bags up to the room when checking us in. As we were cycle touring we needed some where safe to put our bikes. The arrangement they have with the big hotel round the corner worked really well. From their reception I got a key card to access a secure bike garage in n a neighbouring street, for 5 euros a night.
